To keep HR & IR functions aligned to the developing nature of the business within the approved budgets.
Efficiently handle below HR & IR operational responsibilities :
Ensure compliance to all personnel policies and labor laws across the plant and review and recommend changes to company policies, procedures and practices and Manage internal & external stakeholder grievances through effective relationships with the government, local bodies, and civic authorities.
Should have exposure to the long-term settlements and various other settlements held at the plant level.
Ensure payroll & Compensation processes are completed accurately and meet timelines through the financial year.
Responsible for conducting occupational Health / Safety referrals and providing support and advice to employees on related matters.
To formulate and implement Compliance, HR & Admin policies in line with company standards. Handling of IR issues and cases running in Labour Courts.
Effective Liaisoning with government/semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies/ Media to ensure good public relations.
Good knowledge of Contract Labour Management and ensure various provision related to labor laws applicable to Contract Labour.
Compliance with Statutory obligations related to various labor laws.
Ability to handle the entire gamut of IR issues such as recruitment, employee engagement, grievances, etc.
Ensure complete factory administration as per company set standards and SOPs like canteen management, transportation, security management, general administration, guest house management, facility management etc.
Should have an experience in organizing events and celebrations at Plant.
15-20 years of experience in Manufacturing industries (Preferably from
Textile). Out of which worked at least 10 years at Senior/Manager position.
